“Trauma care is not only about resolving trauma. It is also about opening to aliveness, vitality, and human kindness. Trauma is not a life sentence, and, it can unite us in our shared suffering, connecting us to one another.”

- Peter Levine, Founder of Somatic Experiencing®

Amy Day offers body based modalities that support recovery from stressful or even traumatic experiences from your past that might feel unresolved.

With time, space and support, these one time or ongoing experiences can be integrated so that you feel more whole, freer to live in the present moment.
